When I needed to find a florist for delivery to Windsor, I chose Bracken Flowers from many others. I did this because of its independent ownership, small staff, and years of experience. My choice was a good one! First and foremost: the flowers were beautifully arranged and very fresh. However, when things went slightly wrong on the part of the hotel where the flowers had gone, Bracken made every effort to set things right. 

Being halfway across the world and without recourse, I am more than impressed that Pamela (the proprietor) took the time to follow up, deliver a fresh arrangement, and phone me (internationally!) afterward. Though it is difficult to make things perfect in an imperfect world, Bracken succeeded admirably, particularly in their attention to the matter.
