Deliveries in the U.K. will be as soon as possible, or the next working day, or the date designated (unless not a working day). N.B. Internet orders will not be executed during holiday break periods, regardless of any automatic confirming e-mail. Orders to unoccupied addresses will either be left with any consenting neighbour or returned to the shop for collection (a card having been left in either case). Same day local deliveries assume an order is made before 12 noon latest, for delivery the same day. International orders are dependant on the florists in that country and are delivered as soon as possible. Hospitals do not always accept flowers - you should check with the ward before ordering - especially surgical wards.
Collections from shop do not carry a delivery charge. Please indicate on your order the date and earliest and expected time you will arrive for your collection.
Local Delivery (Eton, Eton Wick, Taplow, Burnham, Chalvey, Cippenham, Slough or Datchet) £ 3.50
U.K. wide, standard delivery and card processing charge is £ 7.00.
Deliveries to Heathrow airport itself should be negotiated with the shop and will include an additional parking and time charge of £4.00. You will need to know which terminal or building and if the destination is 'airside' or 'landside'. It is imperative we are given a contact telephone number. ( 'Airside' deliveries have to have extra airport security procedures.) We do not accept orders for passengers unless pre-arranged with the airline (by you).
International (i.e. non-UK.) £ 13.00. delivery charge will be added to your flower charges. N.B. International orders CAN NOT be accepted without a destination phone number.
Orders can be :-
1. Ordered on the shopping cart button(s), and paid for by credit or debit cards via PayPal at the web site checkout.
2. Phoned during U.K. opening hours, or out of hours the phones are routed to a mobile for your convenience.
Credit and debit cards taken in the shop are Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta, Solo, Electron, and Jcb.
Cards taken for the shopping cart are as stated by Paypal ( includes the above card types and also American Express).
